Definition
The value assigned to the property for a given review. It may come from an appraisal and differ from asking price, purchase price, or municipal assessment.

Identify the value used in each calculation: purchase price, municipal assessment, or lender-recognized value. Transfer duty and the loan do not start from the same value.
