A physical copy of your file will be kept at the office of your independent mortgage planner at MathieuSt-Onge.com until the completion of financing for a loan/mortgage. Subsequently, your file will be scanned and transferred to the office of MathieuSt-Onge.com/Groupe Hypothécaire Orbis or to an authorized office for review by the Compliance Service. An electronic copy will be stored in the secure computer systems of Team Mathieu St-Onge.
Your file will also be subject to the privacy policy of the lender financing your mortgage loan.
Access to your file within MathieuSt-Onge.com/Groupe Hypothécaire Orbis is limited to staff members who need this information. Our staff is required to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, and systems have been implemented to prevent unauthorized access. Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements, and any violation of this agreement will result in the dismissal of the employee and legal recourse.
